Most things about Caregiving apply to all Caregivers. While we will try and provide you with information that is very Alzheimer’s specific in most other sections of our site, this particular guide is for the benefit of all caregivers.
One of the most fulfilling things that we do here at the Alzheimer’s Research Association is that we try very hard to make partnerships with different companies and organizations in order to help Caregivers do their jobs. Weather we are finding solutions for Wandering Alzheimer’s patients, or partnering up with the (NIA) National Institute on Aging to bring you their fitness program for Seniors and Caregivers, it is one of the most gratifying things we do.

This Caregiver guide has a section called “Navigating the System”. We must caution our U.S. residents, that they are talking about the Canadian Health Care system and not the Health Care system in the United States. But every thing else applies.
